VALOUR CLOTHING CO. Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy
APPLICABILITY OF POLICY: By placing an order on VALOUR CLOTHING CO., you agree to be bound by the terms contained in this policy without modification.
Cancellations and Refunds

No Cash Refunds: Cancellations are only accepted before dispatch. Cash refunds are not possible for any orders.

Shipping Charges: Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Store Credit for Returns: If an order is returned to us (e.g., due to an exchange being declined or a shipping issue), the amount will be credited back to you as Store Credit.

Store Credit Validity: Store Credit is valid for one year (365 days) from the date of issue.
Exchanges

One-Time Exchange: We offer a single one-time exchange for size only, subject to product availability.

Initiation Window: You must initiate the exchange within 5 days of receiving your order by emailing us at support@valour.co.in.

Product Condition: Products must be returned unused and undamaged. Specifically, the brand tags, original packaging material, and accompanying accessories must be intact, and the product should be free of foul odor, perfume, stains, tears, or damage. All items undergo a quality check, and we reserve the right to decline an exchange if the product has been used or damaged by the customer.

Return Shipping: We will arrange the pick-up of the return shipment once your exchange is approved. You just need to safely pack the item. Return pick-up will be attempted a maximum of two times by our logistics partners. If the partner is unable to pick up the shipment after two attempts, you will be responsible for sending the shipment back to our warehouse address.

Processing Time: Once we receive the returned item, the exchange will be processed and shipped within 7–10 business days.

Size Unavailability: If the required size is out of stock, we will issue you Store Credit instead of an exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items

Reporting: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email images of the item to support@valour.co.in. We will respond to your issue within 24 hours.

Quality Assurance Period: We offer a 30-day review period for any manufacturing-related garment issues like color bleeding, print cracks, or finishing flaws. If reported within 30 days of purchase, we will arrange a pickup and resolve the issue. Requests after 30 days are not eligible for replacements or refunds.
